Eye‑Dye Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or specialty print orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping is automatically applied to retail orders over $50 within the continental U.S.

  • Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available at checkout. Eye‑Dye is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Tracking & Confirmation Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping International orders are accepted on a case‑by‑case basis. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance
